Privacy Policy

Aviana Global Technologies takes your privacy seriously, and is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. This policy (the "Privacy Policy") governs the collection and use of personally identifiable information ("PII") that Aviana Global Technologies collects and receives via any Aviana Global Technologies website, or any other online or offline method.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, PII includes (i) public or non-public information about you or your company including without limitation, your name, address, email address, phone number, (ii) data relating to your usage of Aviana Global Technologies products and services, and (iii) any other information collected by Aviana Global Technologies that is not otherwise publicly available.

Aviana Global Technologies collects PII when you (i) browse Aviana Global Technologies web pages, (ii) register online with Aviana Global Technologies, (iii) browse the web pages of certain partners of Aviana Global Technologies, (iv) use Aviana Global Technologies products or services, and (v) and use the products or services of certain partners of Aviana Global Technologies. Some PII, such as IP address, certain cookie data and technical information about your computer, is collected automatically and some PII is only collected when you enter it manually on our web pages.
 
Aviana Global Technologies uses PII for multiple purposes, including without limitation to (i) correspond with you, (ii) provide aggregate (anonymous) reporting data to our partners and clients, (iii) provide products and services to you, (iv) process financial payments from you, (v) engage in product and market research, and (vi) develop product enhancements and new products.
 
Aviana Global Technologies may set and access cookies on your computer or use web beacons on Aviana Global Technologies websites and third party web sites. Aviana Global Technologies may transfer PII and other information, to the United States and/or other countries, for storage, processing and use by Aviana Global Technologies and its affiliates.

Aviana Global Technologies has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your PII.  Any employees or consultants that are given access to your PII are subject to a confidentiality agreement as protective of your rights as this Privacy Policy.
 
Aviana Global Technologies does not sell, rent, license or share PII with non-affiliated companies or individuals except in the following cases:  

  1. when we have your permission;
  2. when we use contracted partners, with an obligation to protect the confidentiality of any PII disclosed to them, to provide certain services; 
  3. to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other valid legal process; including defending against or prosecuting legal claims;
  4. to engage in legitimate efforts to investigate or combat illegal or fraudulent activities;
  5. to comply with any applicable law or regulation; or
  6. to resolve customer disputes.

  8. You can request Aviana Global Technologies that delete your PII by giving Aviana Global Technologies notice at the email address delete@avianaglobal.com However, if you, or your company, are using any Aviana Global Technologies products and services, such request will not be honored during the term of any such use.

Aviana Global Technologies may amend this privacy policy at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. In the event of any material changes to the privacy policy, Aviana Global Technologies will give you notice, at your email address, of the changes and offer you an opportunity to opt-out of the new policy by deleting your PII. Your use of the Aviana Global Technologies website, or any Aviana Global Technologies products or services, is deemed to be your consent to the terms of this privacy policy, the Aviana Global Technologies Terms of Service ("ATOS") and to be given legal notice solely by email.
