ACCOUNT MANAGERS / SALES EXECUTIVES - Brea CA

 

Must have 4+ years of recent BI/DW sales experience and account mining. Deep Understanding of BI/DW Software and Consulting.He/she is a relationship builder with a good background in technology. Candidate is to communicate and convey the BI value propositions to customers and prospects. Position requires a fairly high phone usage and good amount of outside selling experience and capabilities. Candidate must have a solid track record combined with self-reliance, good oral and written communications, resourcefulness, creativity, and excellent closing skills.

PRE-SALES ENGINEER - Brea CA

 

4+ years of recent experience in Pre-Sales with deep understanding of BI/DW Software and Consulting.
He/she will analyze customer requirements, develop solutions and demonstrations that reflect how products will work in their environment. He/she will create presentations on all aspects of software, as well as provide functional and/or technical overviews in support of the sale(s). He/she will follow-up with customers and business partners to ensure a consistent high level of satisfaction. He/she will manage strategic deals and coordinate multiple resources in the sales process. Additional tasks include management of POC(s), creation of SOW(s), response to RFP(s). This position will be partially billable.

 

BUSINESS ANALYTICS TECHNICAL RECRUITER - Brea CA

 

3-5 years of experience in IT Recruiting; solid 2 years in the Business Analytics space is a huge plus. Knowledge of BI and DW -- Cognos, TM1, ETL, SSIS, Informatica, Enterprise Planning. Must have recruited candidates for other technologies as well.

Technical Recruiter will perform the following, but not limited to: Source and pre-qualify candidates based on job descriptions; Coordinate interviews and screenings schedules between candidates and clients (could be internal clients); Follow-up; Conduct Reference Check; Network with consultants within the IT and Business Analytics space; Keep in touch with previous candidates; Account and Vendor Relations Management; Rate Negotiation; ATS Management (Aviana use Bullhorn for ATS); and Create/Update Job Postings.

Positions are based in Brea CA but must be willing to travel as needed.

 

Travel: 75-100% to client sites
